MAR FORMS FOR 2011 UPDATE

As you will recall, MAR signed a contract with Instanet Solutions as our forms provider.  Instanet Solutions products of: Instanet Forms (Desktop), TransactionDesk (Pro and Lite), DocBox, DocBox2Go and Authentasign are all now yours as a benefit of being a member of the Montana Association of REALTORS and are included within the dues that you have paid to MAR.

In addition to all that Instanet Solutions provides, we have negotiated with ZipForm for the licensure of the MAR Library for 2011 to help those members who are still making the transition from ZipForms to Instanet Solutions.  MAR members can purchase for $42.95 a one year subscription to either ZipForm Online OR for ZipForm Desktop.  This subscription will need to be paid individually by any member who elects to use this ZipForm service and will be in addition to payment for the services for the Instanet products that are included within your dues. Multi-user discount pricing may be available. Brokers can contact zipForm for more information at sales@zipform.com.

If you are comfortable with Instant Solutions you will need to download your transactions via pdf format from ZipForm online or the zipForm desktop by 1/31/2011. After January 31, 2011 you will no longer have access to any forms created through ZipForms unless you elect to subscribe to ZipForms as set forth below.  If you do not intend to do so it is imperative that you download these forms as soon as possible and no later than January 31, 2011.
