NEW LOG-IN INFORMATION FOR INSTANET FORMS - TRANSACTION DESK! PLEASE READ:
The Montana Association of REALTORS® has been proud to offer forms as a benefit to our members since 2005. We are currently utilizing the Instanet Forms product called Transaction Desk Pro. This robust online program has a variety of benefits which you can read more about by clicking here.
To begin using your forms, make sure you're at MontanaRealtors.org and follow these instructions:
- In the upper right-hand portion of your window, click MARconnect
- It will open a page which looks like this
- Enter the email address you have on file with NAR.
- If this is your first time logging into our site, or if you have not changed your password, use the word realtor as your password (all lower case). Again, this has been set up as your default password and will remain as such until you change it.
- Click the login button.
- If it is your first time logging into MARconnect, you will see the following two screens. Click the next button and the skip button (or you may choose to upload a photo now following the on-screen directions).
- You will now be logged into MARconnect! To be taken to your forms, simply click on My Forms on the left-hand links.
- Once you have logged in, you will remain logged in for up to 72 hours. For security, please make sure to log out and close your browser when you are finished accessing your forms.
- If you have problems logging in, please call the MAR office. If you are having difficulty within Transaction Desk Pro, you can call their toll-free support line at (800) 668-8768.
NOTE: For those members who do not have adequate internet speed, there is a desktop version of the program that may be downloaded to your computer. This product will need to be updated reguarly to ensure you are using the the most recent version. For the most up-to-date forms, it is recommended that you utilize the online version of Transaction Desk Pro by following the above directions.
