Forms Renewal Process For 2012

With 2011 quickly coming to an end, MAR has received calls from members with questions about their forms subscriptions and if there is anything they need to do to ensure continued access to their forms in 2012. Below is an overview of what members will need to do to make sure their forms access will not be interrupted.

Instanet Solutions (TransactionDesk)

Instanet Solutions continues to be the official forms provider for the Montana Association of REALTORS®. All of Instanet Solutions products, including Instanet Forms (Desktop), TransactionDesk (Pro and Lite), DocBox, DocBox2Go and Authentasign are available to you as a benefit of being a member of MAR and are included within the dues that is paid to MAR.

Members who are using Instanet Solutions will not see an interruption to their forms service as long as they pay their MAR dues by the end of January. For those members who are using the desktop version of TransactionDesk and have received a notice to renew, simply hit “continue” when prompted by the popup and continue using the program. ZipForm

MAR has once again negotiated with ZipForm and the company will also provide MAR forms to our members in 2012. However, this is not a dues benefit, and the subscription will need to be paid individually by any member who chooses to use the ZipForm service. MAR members can purchase a year-long subscription to either ZipForm online or ZipForm desktop for $42.95. Multi-user discount pricing may be available. Brokers can contact ZipForm for more information at sales@zipform.com.

Members who purchased subscriptions last year will receive notices from ZipForms once they are within the 30-day window for renewal. Members can also check their status by logging into their account and clicking on the Library Manager Tab. Once there, members will be able to see the expiration date of their subscription.
