Beginning on Jan. 1, 2014, Montana Association of REALTORS® members now have access to both TransactionDesk and zipLogix (zipForm) as a member dues benefit. The decision to offer members both form providers was made by the MAR Leadership Team following a recommendation from a Presidential Advisory Group.

The included features available to our members are identical from both forms providers, including access to the online forms library, digital signature service, document management and storage. Members also have the option of purchasing other features, such as the desktop version, at an additional cost. MAR is also working to provide its members with single sign-on ability for both forms providers through our website in the near future.

How To Access/Use zipForm:


Members who are currently using zipForm will not need to do anything new to continue using the product. ZipForm users will need to renew once they receive their renewal notice, but it will not cost anything. 

Members who are not currently zipForm subscribers and would like to use the product will need to create an account. Members can go to  to create their account. To access zipForm through the MAR website, login to MARconnect and click on zipForm on the left-hand side of the page.

During the renewal/sign-up process, members need to select the zipForm Plus (Member Benefit) $0.00 option. This is the dues benefit package. If members need additional help with renewal or signing up, zipForm's customer service number is 1-800-383-9805.

Product Features For Members:

Members who opt to use zipForm will have access to the online forms library, zipVault, Relay and unlimited Digital Ink. ZipVault allows members to store files on zipForms website, while Relay manages all transaction information from listing to close. Digital Ink is the digital signature service offered by zipForm.
