This new policy, which complements the existing Clear Cooperation Policy (CCP), introduces the option for sellers to utilize a delayed marketing exempt listing. This empowers consumers with greater flexibility by allowing them, in consultation with their listing agents, to delay public marketing (such as IDX or syndication) while still making the property available to MLS participants.
