MAR Government Affairs General Introduction

MAR is a powerful advocate for Montana REALTORS® and private property rights.

At the Polls: MAR supports candidates and issues that are good for property owners and the real estate industry in Montana.

In Your Community: REALTORS® identify local issues that could increase the costs of buying, selling, or owning real estate. MAR offers programs that support local REALTOR® boards’ efforts to resolve these issues.

At the Capitol: Legislators propose thousands of new laws every session…many that affect real estate. MAR reads them all, so we can support the good ones and oppose the bad.
