Who is Eligible to Sign-Up?

This course is open to anyone thinking of becoming a Supervising Broker as well as those who have already earned their Supervising Broker Endorsement. This is an Enhancement Course - taking it will not fulfill any licensing requirements. 

*NOTE: Current Supervising Brokers - attending this course fulfills your annual 4-hour update requirement. It does not; however, apply towards the 8-hour Supervising Broker Pre-Endorsement Course.  It will provide you with a realistic, no-nonsense, real-world look at the roles and responsibilities of the Supervising Broker and what you can expect.

This is a "raise the bar" type of course designed by Supervising Brokers, for Supervising Brokers, taught by Supervising Brokers Cindy Lanier and Sharon Virgin.

Each module is divided into smaller segments that cover specific facts, information, and details where you will learn HR, legal and taxation issues that go along with forming a real estate company, recruiting agents and lawful operations. This includes being presented with real life scenarios to workshop through to assist you in becoming better informed and prepared.
