Montana Association of REALTORS® improved application process ensures we regularly – and thoroughly – evaluate the credentials of our instructors and the quality of our course materials.

There are two avenues in which you may pursue getting your course and/or instructor approved to teach in the State of Montana. There is no advantage or disadvantage of going with either option.

1. Montana Association of REALTORS® approval. Simply click on the link(s) that apply to you. Once approved, the course or instructor term length is for 3 years and you are approved to teach throughout the state. Payment is required prior to approval. Once payment has been received, the application(s) review process will begin. This may take from 2 to 4 weeks.
    
2. Local Association approval. You may seek approval through any of the local associations. Once approved, the course or instructor term length is for 3 years and you are approved to teach throughout the state
