Jared James
Jared James is one of the most sought-after speakers in the world today because of his humor, ability to make the complex seem simple and the natural motivation that permeates from his words so effortlessly.
Because of this, he has become one of the most followed people in our industry today and has one of the most popular podcasts called "Today with Jared James”.
Jared runs one of the largest coaching and training companies in North America, but he doesn’t just talk about business growth, real estate and productivity, he’s a former top Realtor and original member of Realtor Magazine’s 30 under 30. His current entrepreneurial portfolio includes 5 companies in total.
To get his message out, Jared speaks all over the world to tens of thousands of professionals every year and was even named recently as one of RISMedia's most influential people in real estate and in the Swanepoel 200 list as one of the most powerful and influential people in the industry today.
Mark Fiedelholtz

Digital Media Attorney Mark Fiedelholtz began his mass media career at the age of 21 as a television anchor during the Carter Administration, appearing on numerous nationally televised Presidential Press Conferences. During this period, he earned a B.A. in political science and a master’s degree in public administration from American University in Washington D.C.
He later anchored at various television network affiliates in Maryland and New York. Following his passion for digital media law, Attorney Fiedelholtz attended St. Thomas Law School in Miami. Upon graduating and passing the Florida Bar, he founded a digital media law institute to mitigate risks for private and public sector employees. Over his 33-year career, he has trained over 30,000 professionals and written hundreds of digital media policies.
Attorney Fiedelholtz has appeared on numerous national television shows, including The Today Show, CNN, The Larry King Show, The Gayle King Show, and A&E Network. His advocacy for children issues has been featured in publications such as U.S. News & World Report, The Washington Post, The New York Times, other news outlets, and he testified at a nationally televised hearing in front of Congress.
Regarding REALTORS®, Attorney Fiedelholtz began training brokers and agents when the Florida Real Estate Commission approved his live and online courses. Hundreds of realtors nationwide have taken his courses and strongly believe that the information provided has been crucial in saving their careers and businesses.
Greg Antipoff
Greg Antipoff is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a real estate tax strategist. He is affectionately known as The Real Estate Accountant, dedicated to helping real estate agents keep more of what they earn. Greg achieves this by walking agents through his signature “Financial EKG: Earn, Keep, Grow” framework. With so much emphasis already being placed on how agents can “Earn” more, he chooses to focus on helping agents “Keep” and “Grow” what they earn.
Greg’s knack for making tax and accounting topics easy to understand and humorous leaves agents educated, entertained and ready to take action.
Shay Hata

Shay Hata is an Ivy League grad, mom and residential Realtor. She moved to Chicago in 2012 and jumped into real estate in a brand-new city where she didn’t know anyone and was new to real estate.
Now, 10 years later she has a small team consisting of 2 other agents and 4 assistants, averaging 150 transactions a year in Chicago and $75M in transaction volume.
In 2020 Shay moved to Denver, so she now splits her time between Denver and Chicago and sells real estate in both markets. Shay is passionate about animal rescue as well as making sure every child has access to a quality education; therefore, she donates a portion of each commission to local animal rescue groups and local schools.
Michael Walker
With over 21 years of experience in real estate, Mike has worked as advisor and consultant for some of the largest real estate brands in the US. His passion for law and ethics have prompted him to independently study both national and local levels of real estate conduct. His diverse knowledge of the real estate business extends well beyond that of simply residential and commercial sales. Mike has succeeded as an agent, managing broker, owner and developer throughout his real estate career.
Mike has spent 14 years teaching negotiation as a professional advisor to real estate brokers nationally. He has worked with over 10,000 agents, across 31 states in the U.S., involving various aspects of transaction negotiation, mediation, and consumer prep. He recently worked as a negotiation consultant for the City of Philadelphia and contributes to the curriculum of several universities and educational institutes on a regular basis.
Mike has held Broker licenses in New York and Colorado and has been a proud member of NAR and other local Non-NAR Boards for most of his career. He is passionate about the evolution of the real estate industry and is always looking to stay on the cutting-edge of the latest real estate trends. A lifetime of seasoned experience and well-honed expertise drives Mike’s support of real estate professionals who desire to reinvent their business approach and see the value in negotiation skillsets.
Originally from Colorado, Mike grew up as an athlete and still participates in outdoor activities like football, skiing, hiking and stand-up paddle boarding. He also enjoys photography and the arts, but his favorite hobby is helping entrepreneurs develop their business strategy as it pertains to growth and development. He moved to New York City 11 years ago and currently resides in Westchester County with his wife Jes and daughters Ella & Mallory.

Jaymie Bowditch

Jaymie graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business-Finance in 1990, and the University Montana Law School in 1995. Jaymie’s primary area of practice is transactional and includes real estate and commercial transactions and negotiations; business formation, planning, mergers, and acquisitions; and construction law.
Jaymie has also served as general counsel for the Montana Association of REALTORS® since 2004. Jaymie has an AV Preeminent rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and is listed in “The Best Lawyers in America,” as well as one of the Mountain States Super Lawyers, a distinction awarded to only the top 5% of attorneys in each state based on peer recognition and professional performance. Jaymie and his wife Kristen have three grown children, and all are active outdoor enthusiasts, spending their summers and winters boating, camping, hiking, fishing, and skiing.
