The Board of Realty Regulation issues all real estate licenses, license renewals, and education requirements for licensees.
All licensees must renew their license by October 31st.
Renew early and avoid having to a pay a late fee.

Continuing Education Information For Renewal
The Board of Realty Regulation amended continuing education requirements as prescribed in ARM 24.210.667 within its last administrative rulemaking project.
Of note, each active licensee is required to complete a minimum of 12 hours of continuing real estate education every licensing year between November 1 and October 31 and no continuing education is required for salesperson licensees who are licensed less than 12 months on their first renewal.
