2027 MAR Leadership Conference
Join us in Bozeman October 21-23!
We invite you to join fellow REALTORS® from across Montana for the 2026 MAR Leadership Conference, taking place October 21-23, 2026, at Field & Stream Lodge in Bozeman. This premier leadership event is designed for members who want to strengthen their leadership skills, expand their professional network, and make a greater impact within their local associations and communities.
Over two days, attendees will participate in engaging sessions led by nationally recognized facilitators, including Daryl Braham and Ginger Johnson. Topics will include:
- Leadership by influence versus leadership by title
- Transitioning from member to leader
- Situational leadership strategies
- Difficult conversations and conflict management
- Effective communication across generations
- Building meaningful connections and engagement
- Giving and receiving feedback in volunteer and staff environments
The conference begins with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, followed by a full day of leadership and communication training on Thursday and an inspiring closing session on Friday morning.
