Fair Housing Posters are available to all members!
You may download either or both posters to display. Please follow the detailed regulations from HUD forproper display.
Per Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Regulations:
- The poster must be prominently displayed
- The poster must be 11 inches by 14 inches in size. This requirement ensures the poster is legible and prominently displayed.
- All brokerage offices and any other places of business where covered dwellings are offered for sale or rent.
- At dwellings under new construction, beginning with the commencement of construction and maintained throughout construction until such dwellings are sold or rented.
- Any other relevant places where housing services are provided.
