License Renewal
Each active licensee is required to complete a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education every licensing year before they can renew. For supervising brokers, 4 of those hours must be in supervising broker courses. Deadline to renew is Oct. 31st!
January Meetings
Join us in Helena January 20-22, 2027 for our Winter Business Meetings and REALTOR® Day at the Capitol! Our Board of Directors Meeting will be on Thursday, January 21st and all day Friday, January 22nd is REALTOR® Day at the Capitol.

The form changes approved by the MAR Forms Subcommittee at the spring 2026 meeting are complete, uploaded to the platforms of all five of MAR’s licensed form vendors, and available for use by MAR members. A summary of these approved changes can be found here. When prompted, you will need to login with your MAR credentials.
